Refund policy

At Willamette Ironworks, every piece is handcrafted and often made-to-order. Because of the custom nature of my work, all sales are final and I do not offer refunds or returns.

That said, I stand behind my craftsmanship and want you to be happy with your order.

Revisions & Alterations
If there is an issue with your item, or if minor adjustments are needed, revisions or alterations may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis within reason.

• Requests for revisions must be made within 14 days of delivery
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs for revision or alteration work
  
• Any requested changes beyond the original agreed-upon design may incur additional charges

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can quickly work toward a resolution.

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges they have reviewed product descriptions, dimensions, and any customization details prior to purchase. Any further information needed on items can be gained by inquiring through the contact page
